Meet the Founder
Kimaya Grace
I’ve spent my career helping organizations navigate complexity, supporting leaders through difficult decisions, and making sense of what needs to happen next.
My style is warm, direct, and curious. I want you to feel comfortable enough to say the real thing and trust me enough to tell you what I see.
My Story
Before founding Aligned Grace Strategies, I spent years working alongside leaders responsible for making complicated organizations work. And I’ve been that leader, too: high responsibility, high visibility, and not always enough authority or space to stop and think.
That experience taught me how to navigate the realities that don’t make it into the leadership books:
competing priorities, unclear decision authority, executive team dynamics, underperforming employees, and leaders carrying way too much.
I know how complicated leadership can get. I also know that sometimes the best way through it starts with a really good conversation.
Sometimes you need to talk it out. Sometimes you need to be challenged. And sometimes you need someone who can look at the whole mess with you and say, “Okay, here’s what I think is actually going on. Now what are we going to do about it?”
I partner with leaders to make the complicated more workable, without losing sight of the people at the center of it all.
I'm currently completing a professional coaching program with Erickson Coaching International, aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing pathway.
The AGS Experience.
A real conversation, a little perspective, and a clearer way forward.
Our sessions will be…
A judgment-free place to get real.
You can say the thing you probably wouldn't say in the conference room.
Straightforward.
I'll tell you what I see, even when it's uncomfortable.
Thoughtful, but not precious.
We can go deep without making every conversation feel like a therapy session.
Action-oriented.
The conversation isn't the destination. It's how we get to clarity and movement.
My goal is to create the kind of conversation where you can let your guard down, say the thing you actually mean, and trust that I'll tell you what I see—not just what you want to hear.
The goal is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of what’s really going on, a better sense of what’s yours to solve, and a practical next step you can actually take..
